Service 1
Once we have received your watch we will send you an email to confirm that we have your watch and is in the que to be assessed. Once we have assessed the watch we will confirm what needs to be done and a quote will be given. Once we have your permission to carry out the work the following will be taken as part of a standard service.
STANDARD SERVICE
Standard service is for non complicated watches e.g time only watches without automatic winding and date complication.
The watch will be fully stripped and all components inspected and cleaned.
Once fully cleaned the watch will be reassembled and parts needed replaced. The watch will be placed on the timing machine and adjusted to +/- 10 seconds a day (usually better)
Service 2
As Service 1 but with the added following
full service of watch with automatic and day date complications.
replace or polish of crystal
Deep clean of the case and bracelet (if fitted)
light polish of case and bracelet (if fitted)
Service 3
As service 1 and 2 with the added following
Full service of chronograph movements and similar high complications
Service of high end watches such as Rolex
light scratch removal on case and refinishing of case back.
Service 4
Full bespoke service to restore watch including re-plating worn chrome plated or Gold plated watch case. Full involvement from client from start to finish
